Deposit Policy

Unfortunately we have been forced to introduce a £10 deposit for every booking in an effort to reduce the number of no shows.

 

Why

Please understand that when you forget or cancel an appointment without giving enough notice we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services. As a small independent business this has a big impact on our ability to earn a living and provide a good service.

 

How Will It Work

The deposit is taken upon booking, and will be immediately removed from the total cost of your dog grooming bill when you come to collect and pay.

Exceptions

We do understand there are unforeseen circumstances outside of your control, and if 48hrs notice is given we are more than happy to reschedule and move the deposit to secure the new appointment, or refund you the deposit if you no longer require a booking.

Payment

Please contact us to arrange a booking and we can send you a secure direct payment link to your mobile via sms or email in which you can pay the deposit in advance to secure the date and time.
